Customer "service"

Contact details for the people behind this online fraudulent 3rd party "broker" for actual removalist guys.

According to publicly available information required by law to operate a business in Australia, the Australian Company No. is 640 581 488 which is also their ABN No.

On 4 May 2022 a change of registration of details with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission gives the name of the Director of ALL STATES REMOVALS AND CAR TRANSPORT PTY LTD (otherwise known as "Backloading Au") as KONRAD ROBERT HILL. The new "address" of the company is care of RASSMUSSEN & ASSOCIATES, Chartered Accountants of 10 Nelson St Mackay QLD, 4740 Ph:07 4951 4233.

Anyone needing to actually contact the company "after" they have taken your money, which incidentally can't be refunded to you because the only man who can authorise any payments happens to be conveniently "out of the country at the moment", I would advise to stop wasting your time dealing with recorded messages, hang-ups and no replies by contacting the man behind this operation directly via the contact given to the Australian Securities and Investment Commission as running the show.

I wouldn't mind so much if the guys who did the heavy lifting and driving got the money, but to have someone running a website and have call-centre 3rd party people doing even the bookings, let alone just contracting out the move to some poor sod with access to a truck and no legal connection to the company, and to then have to fight them for a refund, or even to get a name of who your talking to when the job falls through is just not on in my book.

Long-distance move from New South Wales to Victoria

Fair service and cheap.

The price from this company was generous. Service was not on time. They picked up my stuff 24hours later then actual time. And delivered after 2 days then actual the driver told me. I like the way they packed all my furniture in blankets and tighten with straps in truck. Nothing was missed. People who delivered my stuff they even put all the stuff in propre place too.
